STOCKIQ ("we", "us") operates this website, which provides informational and educational stock, crypto, and prediction-market research. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@360head.com.

Information you give us. When you subscribe to BUY-signal alerts or the weekly digest, we collect your email address. If we offer account sign-in, we may also receive your name and email from your chosen sign-in provider.

Information stored only in your browser. Your watchlist, your paper portfolio, and your cookie-consent choice are saved in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to or readable by us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use the minimum necessary:

• Essential cookies and storage that make the site work, including keeping you signed in if you have an account.
• Preferences stored locally in your browser: your watchlist, paper portfolio, and your consent choice.
• Optional analytics. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, the consent banner governs it, and choosing "Reject" keeps it off.

• To send the alerts and digests you asked for.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To understand which features are useful, in aggregate.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for marketing emails and any optional analytics), our legitimate interests (to run and secure the service and prevent misuse), and legal obligation where required. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, namely our cloud hosting provider (to run the site and database) and our email delivery provider (to send the alerts you requested). They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Market data sources. We obtain market, fundamentals, news, and prediction-market data from third-party providers. We send them market queries, not your personal information.
• Outbound broker links. If we offer a link to a broker or exchange and you click it, you leave our site and that company's own privacy policy applies to whatever you do there.
• Legal and safety. Where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We keep your email subscription until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical logs are retained only for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Browser-stored data (watchlist, paper portfolio) remains until you clear it in your browser.

• Unsubscribe from any email using the one-click link in it.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data (data portability), where the GDPR applies.
• If you are a California resident, you may exercise your CCPA rights, including the right to know and to delete. We do not sell personal information.
• Clear your watchlist, paper portfolio, and consent choice anytime by clearing your browser storage.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

STOCKIQ is not directed to children and is intended for adults making their own research decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
